Never heard of anyone having to adjust a regulator to get the furnace working. Also, some regulators may not be designed to be adjustable. Next I would locate the furnace, you may need to go outside and locate the exhaust port, some furnaces have an outside access panel and some do not, if you do not have an access panel you have to go inside the RV opposite of the outside access panel and locate the furnace.
