The refrigerators top right-hand door had rust on it & the ice maker did not worked at delivery nor the day after. The ice maker has been replaced 4 times and the water valve 3 times. WebStumbled across htis post trying to figure out why it's doing this, it requires a lot of strain to get it in, I couldn't imagine it popping out without making the same god awful pop it does putting it back into place. Found this post digging around for it happening. I did open a support request to Kitchenaid about any known issues with this though.
