Code is for Catalytic Converter Efficiency, so either your front Pre Cat is going bad or the sensors upstream and down stream are going bad. The min cats are Light off cats they heat quick and send that down stream to get the main cat working quicker. You will not have any heat issues with the mini cats missing there innards.
