According to the datasheet for the relay the switch time is 1ms. The right side emulates bounce (I divided by an additional 200 to make the pulses short.) Take note of the .22/F delay. The left side uses a delay of .25/F. By making the bounce switch delay a little less, this gets the pulses to start taking place a little beforehand.
WebJan 15, 2013 · A latching relay requires a single relay and two momentary switches; one to set it (usually NO), and another to clear it (usually NC). You want a relay flip-flop, where each push of a single momentary switch toggles the circuit to the other state. I dont think the posted circuit is going to work as a flip-flop.
