Webb10 maj 2024 · I have user logged in through MAC OS and connecting VDI through Citrix application, he couldn't share the screen and its showing black tray when Teams is optimized. After changing registry to unoptimize it starts working. This issue started since feb 2024, is this an expected behavior for MAC users. Pls advise.
